Groundwork is a federation of independent charities. Each Groundwork Trust is a member of the federation, and signs up to a series of common aims, objectives and processes.
We are governed by our board and managed day to day by our management team.
In 2009 the charitable boundary of Groundwork Devon & Cornwall Trust was extended to cover the whole of the South West region of England. The Trust then merged with the South West regional office of Groundwork UK and emerged as ‘Groundwork South West’. Now in its 21st year, Groundwork South West has grown and has offices in St Austell, Plymouth, Truro,Torquay, Exeter, Weymouth, Bournemouth, Swindon and Bristol.
