We work with housing associations and housing providers to make positive changes to local tenants, residents and neighbourhoods. Just like you, we want to create safe, sustainable and viable neighbourhoods, where people want to live and play.
Much of our work with the housing sector is connected to improving physical spaces such as parks, play areas, communal green spaces and wildlife areas. However, the community engagement aspects are equally important, from teaching residents to grow things to involving them in local decision making, or providing them with skills and jobs through our education and employment programmes.
The housing sector itself also contains businesses and assets which can benefit from our bespoke range of business support services, including environmental management training, green procurement advice and free recruitment services.
If you are involved in construction or development work, you may also be interested in our Green Teams, who are able to carry out a wide range of grounds maintenance and land management services, at very affordable prices.
A number of our Trust Board members and Local Area Board members are also drawn from the housing sector. they are able to guide us in ways that ensure our services meet the needs of Housing Association partners and clients.
