Groundwork works with schools and college partners, as well as supporting people in the community to develop their skills, achieve accredited training qualifications and get on the path to learning.
Our work in schools is predominantly focused around Education for Sustainable Development principles and alos includes the development of school grounds.
More widely, we also deliver a range of accredited learning option, apprenticeships and alternative curriculum opportunities. Much of our learning is deleivered in the community, in order to engage those deemed 'hardest to reach'.
We can help your school become more sustainable
Are your school grounds providing an educational and healthy environment?
We help people to develop their confidence, increase their skills and to undertake learning or complete accredited training courses that enhance their prospects.
Our apprentices work through ‘Green Teams’ with qualified and experienced Training Supervisors
